What 𘟎 means
It means “to boil” in Tangut, not Chinese. Tangut is a separate language; its script, also called Xixia script, borrowed visual forms from Chinese writing.
The 12th-century Sea of Characters, a Tangut rhyme dictionary, analyzes 𘟎 as 𘟍 (“heat with water”) plus 𗱵 (“seethe”).
The Chinese court history History of Song credits Western Xia official Yeli Renrong with designing the script for state use in 1036. It carried Buddhist translations, laws, military works, and literature; use continued after the state fell in 1227, with the latest known inscriptions dated 1502. Without Tangut font support, it may show as a blank box.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘟎 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
