What 󠅲 means
It can request a particular way to draw the character before it. An ideograph is a Chinese-derived character. An ideographic variation sequence (IVS) places a selector after it so software can choose an accepted form.
The selector changes the drawing, not the word or reading. The character stays the same; the pair narrows how it is shown.
VS131 has no visible shape in ordinary text. Unsupported variation pairs normally fall back to the base character without the selector.
Technical text for choosing a character form, not a chat reaction.
Alone, it isn't a hidden word.

Questions people ask
1Why is VS131 invisible?
It has no standalone drawing. A selector affects the preceding character only in a supported pair; unsupported pairs normally leave the base character visible.
