What 󠆁 means
It has no standalone meaning. A variation selector follows the character it modifies and requests a particular way to draw it. VS146 is in the supplementary range used for registered East Asian character pairs; its number does not name a shape.
Without a registered pair, Unicode defines no visual change: ordinary text shows the base character as usual. Selectors are normally hidden, so copied text may carry one without a visible mark.

Questions people ask
1Is VS146 the same as the emoji selector?
