What 󠆘 means
To preserve selected printed forms of a character. Unicode gives one shared text code to many closely related Han-character forms that count as the same character; fonts usually choose how a character looks. In Japan, a particular written form can matter in personal names and public records; an IVS places a selector after the character to identify one registered form. The Unicode IVD began registering sequences with Adobe-Japan1 on 2007-12-14 and later added other collections, including Moji_Joho.
