What 󠇂 means
It requests a registered glyph form after a Han character.
A Han character is used in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean writing. In an IVS, the base character and selector identify a registered glyph subset; VS211 has no fixed meaning alone.
Some Han characters have different accepted forms in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean typography. An IVS preserves one in plain text. Adobe-Japan1, the first IVD collection, was registered on 2007-12-14; separate collections serve different communities.
