What 𐺫 means
It marks a glottal stop in Yezidi words of Arabic origin. A glottal stop is a brief closure in the throat; here the mark records that sound in a word. It is written with a Yezidi letter, not as a standalone word.
The earliest claimed witnesses to the Yezidi script are the religious manuscripts Maṣḥafā Reš and Ktébī J̌alwe̱h, usually dated to the 12th or 13th centuries. Their dates and authorship are uncertain; Yezidi clergy recognize the script but do not treat those manuscripts as sources of religious teaching.
The mark draws on Arabic-script diacritics, while Yezidi writing uses it in words of Arabic origin. In 2013, Georgia’s Yezidi community revived and adapted the script for modern Yezidi/Kurmanji writing, prayers, and sacred books. Older manuscripts also contain other signs whose meanings are unclear; do not assume every old sign is 𐺫.
How do I use 𐺫 with a letter?
Join it to the Yezidi letter it modifies.
A font may show an unattached 𐺫 with a dotted-circle placeholder, or may not display it usefully. The circle is a display aid, not part of the spelling.
Specialized Yezidi spelling; modern written use includes prayers and sacred books.
Alone, it may look broken because a combining mark needs a base.

1Why does 𐺫 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
