What 𐺄 means
It marks the Yezidi alphabet’s ejective t. The Latin transliteration is t′; the mark distinguishes it from plain t.
Two Yezidi sacred books, Maṣḥaf Raš and Ktébī Jalwe, appear in this script. Their dating is disputed: estimates range from the 12th–13th to the 17th–18th centuries. The Yezidi-script versions were first published in 1911. In 2013, Georgia’s Spiritual Council of Yezidis modernized the alphabet for prayers, sacred books, letterhead and heraldic emblems.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐺄 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
