What 𑱞 means
𑱞 is the number sign for five; 𑱕 is the decimal digit.
Bhaiksuki is a regional script derived from Brahmi, an older South Asian writing system. Its surviving record dates to around the turn of the first millennium CE; examples include Buddhist manuscripts and inscriptions from eastern India and nearby regions. Historical sources also call the script Saindhavī, Arrow-Headed, or Sindhu(ra).
Bhaiksuki compound numbers put the largest unit first and smaller units below it. Unicode’s default layout is horizontal, left to right; fonts control vertical orientation, so the historical stacking may not appear automatically.

1Why does 𑱞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
