What 𩇟 means
It is a Taiwan-standard form of 𩇟, a character meaning “cold.” Taiwan’s Ministry of Education gives 𩇟 as qìng in Mandarin. Its 2024 variant dictionary cites 《集韻》 (Jiyun), a Chinese pronunciation dictionary completed in 1039, and notes that 𩇟 is absent from 《說文解字》 (Shuowen Jiezi), an earlier character dictionary.
Taiwan’s CNS 11643-1992 character-coding standard lists 𩇟 as 7-367A. Unicode keeps the source form for conversion to and from that standard; normalization maps it canonically to 𩇟. The standardized variation sequence 𩇟 UFE00 marks this glyph form.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𩇟 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
