What 𣽞 means
Taiwan’s Ministry of Education dictionary of variant characters links 𣽞 to 厬, whose gloss is a spring emerging from a hillside. It says the water component 水 highlights the spring, replacing 厂 (“cliff”). The Song dynasty rhyme dictionary Jiyun (《集韻》) records the form; the later Zhengzitong character dictionary (《正字通》) labels it nonstandard.
Unicode keeps 𣽞 for round-trip conversion with CNS 11643-1992, a Taiwan character-encoding standard; its source is the plane-7 entry T7-2458. Normalization maps it to 𣽞. A standardized sequence—𣽞 followed by UFE00—marks the compatibility variant.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𣽞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
