What 䍙 means
It is the compatibility form of 䍙, a rare character for “net.”
The base character appears in an inscription on a late Shang bronze vessel, in the name Renfang Mei. The Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary compiled around 100 CE, glosses 䍙 as “net” and analyzes it as the net component 网 plus 每 as a sound hint. Guangyun, a sound-and-rhyme dictionary compiled in 1007–1008, gives the more specific sense “pheasant net.” This code point preserves the form in Taiwan’s CNS 11643-1992 character set when text is converted to Unicode and back.
