What 𩒖 means
It is a rare variant of 𩒖. Unicode records its Taiwan CNS 11643 source position as T5-4435. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education variant-character dictionary links the forms and cites the Song-era Jiyun, an old Chinese dictionary organized by rhyme. The Kangxi Dictionary glosses 頨𩒖 as “crafty”; that sense belongs to the two-character expression.
Unicode also defines 𩒖 UFE00 as a variation sequence for this glyph. Text normalization (rewriting canonically equivalent text in a standard form) can replace 𩒖 with 𩒖, so preserve the original code when that source distinction matters.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𩒖 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Compatibility Ideographs Supplement block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
