What 𪈎 means
It is a legacy encoding form of 𪈎.
Taiwan’s CNS 11643 encodes Chinese-language data. This separate Unicode code preserves its source entry, TF-6C77, when text is converted between the standards.
Why does normalization change 𪈎?
It maps to 𪈎.
NFC and NFD both turn it into U2A20E 𪈎. The display may look unchanged, but 𪈎’s original code is gone.
An archival encoding form, not a message symbol.
Normalization maps it to 𪈎 and loses its source code.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪈎 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Compatibility Ideographs Supplement block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
