What 鼅 means
It is a compatibility form of 鼅.
鼅 is also written 蜘; the older spelling 鼅鼄 names a spider. The Han-era Chinese character dictionary 說文解字 (Shuowen Jiezi) records that word.
That separate encoded position preserves its original Taiwan CNS entry when text is converted into Unicode and back. A related 蛛 form appears in oracle-bone inscriptions—early writing carved on bones—but that history belongs to the spider word, not this computer form.
