What 𢹍 means
It is glossed as “to strike.” The Kangxi Dictionary, a historical Chinese reference work, gives the reading xī.
A bronze-script catalogue records a form of 𢹍 on a vessel inscription from the early Western Zhou. Bronze inscriptions are texts cast or cut into bronze vessels.
Does the Song Taiping Yulan quote 𢹍?
No; the Song edition reads 抵巇. The Taiping Yulan is a Chinese encyclopedia; it quotes a chapter title from Guiguzi, a classical Chinese text. In that title, 巇 means a crack or gap. A later transcription that prints 𢹍 instead misreads the source, so it does not establish 𢹍 as a variant of 巇.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𢹍 show as a box?
It can mean the selected font and the other fonts the app tries cannot draw this glyph. A CJK font that covers Extension B can render it; the box alone does not show that another character was stored.
