What 𣶢 means
It is a rare written form of 滂.
The word represented by 𣶢 appears in pre-Qin (before the Qin dynasty) stone inscriptions. An inscription on a bronze ritual vessel from China's early Spring and Autumn period uses the word in a wish for abundant blessing; its older water sense was a plentiful flow.
Later uses of 滂 include torrential rain, broad abundance, great force, and copious tears or blood. 滂沱大雨 means “torrential rain.”
Historical and dictionary-facing; 𣶢 is rare in ordinary modern Chinese writing.
For ordinary modern Chinese, use 滂 unless a source specifically writes 𣶢.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𣶢 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
