What 𩓪 means
An early Chinese dictionary supplies its gloss. The Yupian (玉篇), compiled around 543 CE, defines it with 項 (xiàng), “neck” or “nape.”
The Yuan-era Liushu Tong explains its structure: 頁 relates to the head; 彔 hints at the sound.
Why does 𩓪 look like a box?
Your font may lack its glyph. Unsupported CJK Extension B characters can show as boxes. Taiwan’s CNS11643 database lists this glyph in default Windows 10 and later fonts 細明體 and 標楷體.

1Why does 𩓪 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
