What 𩓫 means
A curved or bent animal horn.
The Kangxi Dictionary links it to 觠. Shuowen Jiezi, a Chinese character dictionary, defines 觠 as “curved horn”; a commentary on the wordbook Erya says a 羷 sheep’s horns coil three turns.
The exact form also appears in 《生産秘方》, a Korean medical work, in its section on postpartum decoctions.
Why does 𩓫 show as a box?
The font may not have its glyph.
𩓫 is in CJK Extension B, a range with many rare or historical characters. If it appears as a box, the app’s font may lack the glyph; the character itself has not changed.

1Why does 𩓫 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
