What 𩯟 means
It is a rare written form linked to 鬖 (sān).
鬖 means disordered hair. The repeated form 鬖鬖 describes hair worn loose or hanging long; 鬖髿 can also describe unruly, drooping plants.
The Yupian, a Chinese character dictionary compiled around 543, glosses 鬖 as “disordered hair.” The 1666 Zihui bu (字彙補), a supplement to a Chinese character dictionary, equates 𩯟 with 𩯑. The Kangxi Dictionary, published in 1716, traces the chain 鬖 𩯑 𩯟 and calls it a copying error.
