What 𩴮 means
It means a ghost’s messenger.
The Chinese gloss is 鬼使. In traditional supernatural vocabulary, 𩴮 names an attendant who serves ghosts.
A later Chinese reference book, the Kangxi Dictionary, cites the Yupian (玉篇), a Chinese character dictionary completed around 543 CE. Lee Man-young’s Jaemulbo (재물보), a Korean catalogue of names and terms, also lists 𩴮 in its ghost-related vocabulary in 1798.

1Why does 𩴮 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
