What 𪄝 means
It may be a written form of 烏, the character for crow.
The Ming-era Chinese dictionary 《篇海類編》 gives it the Mandarin reading wū and calls it a suspected nonstandard form of 烏. The Kangxi Dictionary, another historical Chinese reference work, preserves the note. Pinyin writes Mandarin sounds with Roman letters and tone marks; wū is the reading here.
