What 𪊾 means
It is an old seal-script form of 鷹, the character for eagle.
Seal script is an older formal style of Chinese writing. A scholarly chart based on the Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary, pairs 𪊾 with 鷹. Small seal script became the standardized writing style of the Qin dynasty under its first emperor (221–209 BCE).

1Why does 𪊾 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
