What 𪏕 means
Read it as 輝, not as a separate modern word. Monk Xingjun compiled the Longkan Shoujian as a reference for readers of Buddhist scriptures. The Kangxi Dictionary preserves a note that 𪏕 appears in Buddhist texts and links it to 輝. In modern Chinese, 輝 is the traditional form and 辉 is simplified.
