What 𪐄 means
A kind of millet. The Eastern Han dictionary Shuowen Jiezi places it within the millet group and analyzes its form as 黍 (“millet”) plus 卑 for sound.
Qing-era botanist Wu Qijun tentatively matched it to a wild plant; farmers called the plant 野稗 (“wild barnyard grass”). That field identification is a hypothesis, not a settled species name.
It also appears in Baekho Jeonseo, a collection of writings by Joseon scholar Yun Hyu (1617–1680); the passage is in Hanmun, the classical Chinese used in Korean scholarship.

1Why does 𪐄 show as a box on some devices?
