What 𪓿 means
It appears in an old name for a toad.
An Eastern Han dictionary, Shuowen Jiezi (100–121 CE), records 𪓰𪓿 as a way to write 詹諸, an old toad name, in the Book of Songs, a Chinese poem collection. It treats 黽 as the frog/toad part and 爾 as a clue to the sound.
What does 戚施 mean here?
Old commentaries disagree: toad or hunched person.
One Han-era note reads 戚施 as a toad, an insult about ugliness; another says a person unable to raise their head. The Han-era text Huainanzi says the moon's toad eats the moon during an eclipse. If 𪓿 shows as a box, its font lacks the glyph; Copy still carries the exact character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𪓿 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
