What 𪗌 means
It is a later form of the same word. Shuowen Jiezi (a Chinese dictionary, c. 100 CE) records 𪗇 for 臍; 肉 (“flesh”) marks the body, while 齊 cues sound. Taiwan’s Ministry of Education identifies 𪗌 as a later square form of old seal script, a formal Chinese writing style.

Your font may lack it. Taiwan’s CNS 11643 page (2024) says Windows 10 default Ming and Kai fonts include it; try a font with broader Chinese-character coverage.
