What 𪮶 means
𪮶 is an analogically simplified form of 攋. It keeps the hand component 扌 and uses 赖, the simplified form of 賴, on the right.
攋 is not listed in the early Chinese character dictionary Shuowen. Song-era rhyme dictionaries—reference books grouping characters by pronunciation and rhyme—record 拨攋 for parting or spreading something by hand. Other historical entries give 把攋 for discarding and senses such as damaging or tearing. These are distinct dictionary uses; the phrase and reading determine which applies.
