What 𫌟 means
It is read katami, Japanese for “keepsake.”
形見 is a keepsake from someone you are parted from, often a person who died, or a memento of the past. Sent alone, 𫌟 leaves its person or object unstated.
This kokuji (a kanji created in Japan) joins 形 and 見. It appears in 花𫌟風折烏帽子 (hanagatami kazaori eboshi); a 1774 Edo Kabuki program records the same reading as 花信風折烏帽子. Kabuki is traditional Japanese theatre.
