What 𫘡 means
It describes a stout, well-fed horse. Mandarin pinyin gives jiōng; Cantonese Jyutping, a Cantonese romanization, gives gwing1. 𫘡 is the simplified form of 駫.
Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese dictionary, defines 駫 as a stout horse, with 馬 as the meaning part and 光 as a sound hint. It cites four stallions in the Book of Odes, an ancient Chinese poetry collection. That poem repeats 駉駉 before 牡馬 (“stallions”) in a pasture scene. Later dictionaries link 駫 and 駉; early glosses distinguish “horse enclosure” from “stout horse.”

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫘡 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
