What 𫟞 means
It means “to deceive” or “to expose someone’s private affairs.”
𫟞 replaces the full 言 component of 訨 with 讠, its shortened left-side form. The Kangxi Dictionary, a Chinese character reference work, cites two earlier lexicons for 訨; one glosses it through 訐, a separate character meaning to expose or accuse someone. The chronicle called the Song History also preserves 不訨 as a name in its imperial-family register.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫟞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
