What 𭋚 means
It spells 눗, a Korean syllable.
𭋚 is a Korean-made Hanja, a Chinese-character form used in Korean writing. It stacks 訥 above 叱: 訥 is read 눌 (nul), while 叱 marks the final ㅅ sound that gives 눗 (nut).
叱 has a longer history in Korean sound-writing
Older Korean texts borrowed Hanja for sound as well as meaning. In these sound-based spellings, 叱 could mark the Korean consonant ㅅ. Examples appear in hyangga (old Korean poems) from Goryeo (an earlier Korean kingdom) and in Idu records from Joseon (a later Korean kingdom), where Hanja was used to write Korean words and endings.
A diary preserves 𭋚 in a personal name
The Seungjeongwon Ilgi, the daily register kept by the royal secretariat of Korea's Joseon dynasty, records 𭋚 inside a man's personal name in a passage about household servants.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𭋚 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension F block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
