What 𭖽 means
No. That describes the parts, not the character’s meaning. The SAT entry records 秋 above 山 but offers no reading or definition for the combined character.
Why was 𭖽 added to Unicode?
To give a printed character an exact digital form. Early SAT text could not display some Han characters found in the printed collection. Transcribers sometimes joined familiar components or used placeholders in their place. The project later proposed such forms for Unicode, and its character list includes 𭖽.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𭖽 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension F block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
