What 𭹖 means
It is a written variant of 聖.
聖 can mean a sage or highly learned person; it also means holy or sacred. Words built with it can call someone a master in a field. The Shuowen Jiezi, a Chinese character dictionary, glosses it as “understanding fully.”
Forms of 聖 appear on bronze objects and in manuscripts from Chu, an ancient Chinese state. The Shuowen Jiezi records a small-seal form, an old formal writing style.
