What 𭿻 means
It represents the same long-spear word as 槊. A note comparing editions of the Chinese Buddhist scripture 大乘同性經 lists 𭿻 in Song, Yuan, and Ming copies where the main edition prints 槊; another version has 矟. The scripture was translated into Chinese in 570, which dates the work, not this particular spelling.
