What 𮋑 means
It is linked to 翬: swift flight or a colorful pheasant.
Unicode maps 𮋑 to traditional 翬. The Han-dynasty dictionary 說文解字 explains 翬 as 羽 (“feather/wing”) for meaning and 軍 for sound. It means “great flight” and also names a five-colored pheasant south of the Yi and Luo rivers.
The Book of Odes (詩經), an early Chinese poetry collection, praises a ruler’s new hall with 如翬斯飛 (“like a pheasant in flight”). Later Chinese writers used 翬飛 to praise ornate buildings.
