What 𮍅 means
Its recorded gloss is 佩璲, a jade-pendant term.
小學達詁錄, a Qing-era Chinese book about character forms, gives 佩璲 as the gloss and connects it to a poem in the Book of Odes, a classical Chinese poetry collection. A Chinese dictionary defines 佩璲 as an auspicious jade ornament worn on the body. The book says the edition it consulted used a form with the leather radical 革.
Why does 𮍅 show as a box?
A font without this glyph can show a blank box.
The character appears in the SAT digital text project's Unicode 10.0 list of additions proposed for the Taishō Shinshū Daizōkyō, a Japanese collection of Buddhist scriptures. The list uses a web font and warns that browsers without support may not display these characters; a blank box points to a font-coverage gap, not a different code point.

1Why does 𮍅 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
