What 𮗤 means
It is a rare written variant of 斛, an old capacity measure.
The Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary compiled around 100 CE, defines 斛 as ten dou, another volume unit. By the late Southern Song dynasty, some systems counted five dou to one 斛. The same word names the measure or its measuring vessel.
A digital catalogue for the Taishō Buddhist canon, a Japanese scholarly edition of Buddhist texts published in 1924–1934, records this form. Its Unicode 10.0 list warns that unsupported browsers may not display its web-font characters; a blank can be a display issue.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮗤 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
