What 𮛪 means
It is a variant of 蹊: a footpath or trail. The early dictionary Shuowen Jiezi says 徯 means “wait” and records 蹊 as its foot-radical form. Sima Qian's Han-era Records of the Grand Historian uses 桃李不言,下自成蹊 (“Peach and plum trees do not speak; a path forms beneath them”) to praise General Li Guang's quiet integrity.
Is 𮛪 another form of 蹊?
It is separately encoded for a variant glyph. In 2017, Adobe-Japan1, a Japanese font collection, paired 𮛪 and 蹊󠄁 (蹊 plus an invisible variation selector) with one glyph identifier. The selector requests that form from a supporting font.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮛪 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
