What 𮣐 means
It is a variant form of 鑲.
A Chinese character-variant chart lists 𮣐 under 鑲. A Qing-era genealogy uses it in 𮣐藍旗, the Bordered Blue Banner, one of the Qing dynasty’s eight military and social divisions. Mandarin reads 鑲 as xiāng; Unihan records ジョウ (jō) as a Japanese reading for 𮣐.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮣐 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension F block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
