What 𱐭 means
Read it as thế; context decides which sense fits.
Chữ Nôm is a Vietnamese writing tradition that adapted Chinese characters and their parts to record Vietnamese. In 𱐭, 世 cues the sound thế, while 力 hints at power. Context makes thế mean standing or a situation, or “so / like that”; at a question’s end, it can be a question-ending word.
The writing tradition developed gradually. Early stone inscriptions from Vietnam’s Lý rulers record Nôm names and places; examples dated 1173 and 1210 survive. Later texts used it for poetry. A specialist dictionary cites 𱐭 in older literature and links it to 𱐬.

1Why does 𱐭 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
