What 䡿 means
It is a written variant of 軨, the bars around a carriage.
The early Chinese dictionary 《說文解字》 defines 軨 as the wooden crossbars inside a carriage enclosure. Horizontal and upright bars formed a lattice around the passengers. Later dictionaries also list other carriage-related senses for 軨, including wheel or axle parts and a carriage used for hunting.
Historical and lexicographic; in casual messages it feels deliberate, but its carriage sense is hard to recognize without knowing 軨.
