What 駌 means
The gloss means “dirty-faced horse.” The early Chinese character dictionary 《說文解字》 does not list 駌; the later 《龍龕手鑑》 records 汙面馬 in 997.
駌 stacks 夗 above 馬 (“horse”). 鴛 (simplified 鸳), the mandarin-duck character, has 夗 above 鳥 (simplified 鸟, “bird”). Some archive entries write the duck word 鴛鴦 as 駌鸯; that alone does not establish a new dictionary sense for 駌.

1Why does 駌 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
