San Marino flag emoji 🇸🇲

Phones and Macs draw the pair as the flag; Windows has no country flag pictures in its emoji font, so there the same emoji shows as the letters SM. Anyone who receives it on a phone still sees , and typing 'san marino' in the emoji search of iPhone, Android or WhatsApp finds it.
The flag is two horizontal stripes, white over light blue, usually read as the clouds and snow on Mount Titano and the sky above it, or as peace and liberty. In the middle is the coat of arms: three towers standing on three green peaks, each tower crowned with an ostrich feather , inside a shield framed by a branch of oak and a branch of laurel, with a crown on top for the republic's sovereignty and a ribbon with the motto LIBERTAS, liberty. The towers are the real Three Towers of the city, and the arms on their own are the San Marino emblem people search for. The plain white and blue flag without the arms is the civil flag.
At emoji size the arms shrink to a dot, and is easily mistaken for Guatemala, which is also light blue and white with an emblem in the middle. Guatemala's stripes run vertically, blue, white, blue; San Marino's run horizontally, white over blue. When the picture is too small to tell, people write the colours as hearts, , or the name beside the flag.
