What 츎 means
In Korean input, enter ㅊ, then ㅠ, then final ㄹ and ㅁ.
Hangul input builds a syllable from an initial consonant, a vowel, and an optional final consonant cluster, called batchim. On a Latin-layout keyboard, switch the input method to Korean; key positions depend on the selected layout.
What does CYULM mean?
CYULM is an algorithmic label for the syllable's parts.
Unicode generates CYULM from the short names of the syllable's three jamo, or Hangul component letters: ᄎ is the initial consonant, ᅲ the vowel, and ᆱ the final consonant cluster. The label describes how the block is assembled; it is not a translation or a word definition.
Hangul was devised around 1443 and formally published in 1446 in 훈민정음 (Hunminjeongeum), a book introducing the new script. It was designed to write Korean speech more directly than systems based on Chinese characters.
Why can 츎 look different in different fonts?
Fonts can change the shapes and placement of its parts.
Unicode also represents the same syllable as the conjoining-jamo sequence 츎. Text shaping normally joins those parts into a syllable cell; without shaping support, they may appear separately. Fonts can vary the parts' proportions without changing the character.

Don't confuse it with
1츎 This decomposed jamo sequence represents the same syllable; 츎 is its single precomposed character. Separate display points to a shaping issue.
Questions people ask
1Why does 츎 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
