What 숚 means
It is one written syllable, not a complete word. Its three Hangul letters, called jamo, are ㅅ at the start, ㅜ as the vowel, and ㄲ at the end.
Hangul was introduced during Korea’s Joseon dynasty in 1443; its purpose and design were explained in 1446. Chinese characters did not map neatly to Korean speech, so many people had difficulty writing what they wanted to say. Hangul was designed around Korean sounds and syllables and became the standard script for Korean.
How do I type 숚?
Use Korean input and enter ㅅ, ㅜ, then ㄲ. A Korean input method composes those initial, vowel, and final letters into the single block 숚.
Hangul can also represent the same syllable as a precomposed character or as an ordered sequence of conjoining jamo. Fonts may position Hangul components differently; if separate jamo stay apart on screen, the app or font did not shape them into a block. It is still the same syllable.

1Why does 숚 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
