What 𞁆 means
Use a Unicode escape suited to the format you are writing.
HTML: 𞁆. JavaScript string: "\u{1E046}". JSON string: "\uD838\uDC46".
JSON writes this character with two four-digit Unicode escapes. If 𞁆 shows as a box, the font or text renderer may lack its glyph; the text still contains 𞁆.
What does the raised sha mean?
It adds a sha-like pronunciation detail to a nearby consonant.
Phonetic transcription writes speech sounds more precisely than ordinary spelling. In a 1966 transcription of Yugur speech, т𞁆 marks a t-like sound with a sha-like release, described as close to ч (the Cyrillic letter romanized “ch”) and often used in its place.
By 1965–1966, printed phonetic works already show this raised form in use. Other examples use it for a soft, lisping pronunciation in a southwestern Ukrainian dialect and for dialect variation in Russian and Ossetian. Its reading varies with the transcription convention.
Technical phonetic notation; unusual in ordinary Cyrillic spelling.
Don't use 𞁆 as a tiny ш; its raised form marks pronunciation detail.
