What 𛇴 means
It writes a local syllable, not one fixed word. Its Jiangyong reading is sw5; the same sound can stand for several words, so the sentence tells you which one is meant.
Women in Jiangyong, Hunan, adapted Chinese-character forms to write local speech; many lacked formal schooling in those characters. Nüshu carried letters between sworn sisters (friends bound by a pledge), third-day bridal messages (given three days after the wedding), songs, biographies, prayers and stories. Traditionally, women learned it by singing together as they sewed.
The earliest written description identified in local records dates to 1931; a Nüshu-inscribed coin attributed to the 1850s is contested. In 2006, China listed Nüshu as national intangible cultural heritage.

1Why does 𛇴 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
