What ꢗ means
It is a consonant letter in Saurashtra writing. The Latin transliteration ca is its label in the Saurashtra alphabet. Saurashtra is an Indo-Aryan language related to Gujarati; ꢗ belongs to the Saurashtra script, not the Gujarati script. It is classed as Brahmic-type, part of a broad South Asian script tradition.
The script was made for writing Saurashtra, whose speakers carried the language south. Its modern printed form took shape in the 1880s, and T. M. Rama Rai standardized it. Sourashtranadhi, printed in 1880, is identified in community history as the earliest surviving book in the script.
is ꢗ a message when someone sends it?
It has no fixed reaction meaning. In a Saurashtra word, ꢗ is simply a letter. Sent by itself, it most naturally serves as a letter sample or a cue to Saurashtra writing; ask for context before reading it as a personal message.
Saurashtra is also written in Tamil, Telugu, and Devanagari scripts, with Tamil a common practical alternative. So ꢗ points specifically to Saurashtra script, even though the language can appear in other scripts.
A February 2024 Endangered Alphabets account lists Saurashtra-script teaching groups in Madurai, Tanjore, and Salem.
Technical and language-specific, not conversational.
