What ㎂ means
It means microampere, a unit of electric current. The International System of Units uses μ for one millionth; A stands for ampere.
Older East Asian character sets boxed Latin unit abbreviations to fill a full-width character cell, about the width of a typical East Asian character. Unicode keeps ㎂ as a compatibility character; the box changes layout, not the unit.

Don't confuse it with
1μA ㎂ vs μA: same unit; ㎂ is one boxed character, while μA is the usual two-character notation.
Questions people ask
1Why does ㎂ show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Compatibility block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
