What 𑯳 means

It marks three.

Unicode proposals in 2010 and 2011 called the script Jenticha, after its creator. Jentich designed it in 1942 to write Sunuwar, spoken in Nepal and Sikkim, India; the original repertoire already included ten decimal digits.

It is not descended from another writing system, though its structure was modeled on Latin. By the turn of the 21st century, users added letters, including 𑯖, borrowed from the Limbu script for the long vowel a. In Nepal it works as an alphabet; in Sikkim it acts as an abugida, where consonants carry a default vowel.

Why does 𑯳 show as a box on some devices?
